The services provided by South Mountain Works concentrate my 32 years of experience directly working on the Ownership and Development team successfully delivering Hospitality projects.     

The primary focus is to support Owners and Hotel Brands at critical phases in the development.  These can be at distressed moments of the project or how to best avoid them.  All projects have complications, how to best manage and mitigate these in partnership with the team is at the core of the business.  

Strategic hospitality solutions - from due diligence, budget / design reconciliation, to distressed phases of development - and all facets in between.  The common goal is to have a project tracking with a predictable opening at a predictable cost.
